On Friday, we woke up to snow falling from the sky. That was a bit depressing. But later on that day, the weather had the courtesy to shave and behave, and yesterday we woke up to a bright blue sky, +3 °C and no wind at all (we’ve had plenty of the latter the past week, and full storm in the mountains). I was supposed to go climbing at the indoor gym at IKSU, but with that weather out the window, that plan got canceled before I even got out of bed. In addition, Martin had just received a new fork in the mail that was screaming for attention and I semi-recently bought a new fancy SLR camera (a Sony A77-II that I bought to take wohoo-photos of killer whales in Tromsö – YES! I got the job!!! But wait, no I wont write about that here and now, that will have to wait) that was very trigger happy, so I and Martin went hunting for ice-free trails at Rödberget. I can’t say that we found an abundance of dry trails, but we did find some short down hill tracks to play around on. Wee! Damn I love that that spring (how ever small it may be) feeling!
